About Me

A trainer who cares...

Hi. I'm Fi. I qualified to be a PT 7 years ago, after a 20-year corporate career. At the time I was a single parent, approaching my 40's and had become sedentary, overweight and very unfit. Over a long period of time, I was able to lose nearly 20kg and was able to return to the sport of judo which has enabled me to achieve my lifetime dream of gaining my black belt - as well as compete on the international judo masters circuit. I now also run a small judo coaching company to help share my passion with local primary-aged school children. 


Together we can work towards your health and fitness goals. From my own personal experiences, I feel that I am able to better empathise that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging.  So it's my aim to help you overcome hurdles and reach your targets in a manageable and sustainable way - as well as trying to have some fun in the process! We can work together online, in one of the gym locations I operate from: Everyone Active, Bordon or Camberley Judo Club. 


I have a varied client base which includes: C-Level Execs, retirees and everything else in-between.  I have training specialisms in Youth Strength & Conditioning, Pre & Post Natal clients and Obese and Diabetic clients which means my client base ranges from 80 - 3 years of age.
